• Services rendered cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery
• Fees paid for completed work or work-in-progress are generally non-refundable

2. Upfront Deposits and Retainers

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Initial deposits or setup fees paid to commence services are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Monthly Retainers: Monthly retainer fees cover the availability, strategic planning, and ongoing work during that month. Retainers are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.
• Unused Retainer Hours: Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, unused retainer hours do not roll over to subsequent months and are not refundable.

3. Project-Based Services

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., product launches, event PR):

• Before Work Begins: If the client cancels before any work has been performed, a full refund minus administrative fees (10% of the total contract value) may be issued.
• After Work Begins: Fees for completed milestones or deliverables are non-refundable. Remaining funds for uncompleted work may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• After Project Completion: No refunds are issued once the project is completed and deliverables have been provided.

4. Client-Initiated Cancellation

• The client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date
• Any work-in-progress will be billed according to time spent and milestones achieved
• Outstanding invoices must be settled before final deliverables are released

• The client fails to make timely payments
